Hi there,

 

I'm Mike King. I'm a graphic Designer based in Melbourne. 

 

A detail-oriented and organised graphic designer with 8+ years of experience delivering reliable, creative, and impactful results. Responsible for all visual marketing material, digital and print. Multi-skilled across different areas of expertise allowing me to manage varied responsibilities. Leading graphic design initiatives from concept to completion, creating innovative marketing materials to support the organisation’s objectives.

Being creative every day is what first drew me to graphic design and the drive to constantly learn new things keeps me passionate about it. I studied Animation and Virtual Reality Design at the University of Huddersfield in the UK.  I started my creative career as a marketing assistant and photographer and gradually honed my skill set constantly pushing myself to become the designer I am today. I have worked for B2C businesses, NFP and membership organisations alike.

I specialise in designing digital and print marketing material and have a keen eye for composition, layout and typography. I am always seeking a new design challenge and love to expand my portfolio and skillset.
